We provide training to support a leadership apprenticeship that incorporates situational leadership theory, decision-making, and mentorship to develop leadership and supervisory skills within your company. The program begins with a three-day training institute that is followed by monthly or quarterly sessions at our leadership academy and one-on-one coaching support.

Our leadership academy is a 3-hour monthly program held in-person at our Denmark campus with various topics that includes industry-relevant case-studies, discussion groups, role-play, and technology. Sessions are scheduled for the 4^th Monday of each month. Additional sessions can be customized and offered live-remote or in an online format for 8-16 participants at a time. This can be an a la carte or prescribed option, in-person or live-remote. We are also able to provide sessions at our Barnwell or Allendale campus locations.

We can also provide on-site training at your facility with topics you select.
