Greetings Panthers,
Welcome to Denmark Technical College , I am Lamar J. White, Ph.D., Vice President of the Division of Student Affairs and I have the privilege of leading. Here at Denmark Technical College, we dedicate ourselves to “engaging, educating, and empowering students to impact the industry by identifying transformative solutions to complex issues in South Carolina, the nation, and the world.”
Denmark Technical College is “an exemplary Historically Black College, with a mission to provide premier technical education that exceeds industry standards.” We offer our students a unique living-learning environment where they can thrive and attain the necessary essential skills needed for success in their careers. Through a holistic approach, staff and faculty strive to support our students in attaining these goals. For our off-campus students, we also provide many career and social opportunities for advancement and engagement.
Student Affairs serves as the backbone for the student experience at DTC. The Office of Admission and Recruitment, Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs, Residence Life, Counseling Services, Student Health and Wellness, Student Conduct, and Student Leadership and Engagement work in unison with the Division of Academic Affairs to provide multiple pathways to student success.
This website serves as just one of many tools that DTC provides to students and their families to aid in their success.
