Associate of Arts

Our priorities include small class sizes, commitment to the educational growth of our students, and pride in our outstanding faculty who have actual experience in their fields.

The Associates in Arts Program is designed to prepare students for transfer to a four year college or university for the study in the areas of humanities, social and behavioral sciences or fine arts. The student along with his/her academic advisor will plan a program of study to meet the requirements of the college to which the student expects to transfer. Students who receive the Associate of Arts degree can expect to find employment in the career fields of English, foreign language, geography, history, international studies, journalism, law, political science, psychology, social work and sociology.
