NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE:   Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

General Responsibilities: Under general supervision of the Director of IRM, performs diversified computer and telephone network related duties to include computer network support, server backups, telephone network support, technical training of users, and installation of network equipment to include voice and data communications.

Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and one work year related experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment; or an associate degree in computer science, computer technology or related field and three (3) years experience; or a high school diploma and five years experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment.
