Christine Patrick, County Extension Agent form Clemson University gave a Food Safety and Nutrition workshop at DTC for students and employees. Ms. Patrick went over some basic food handling information and how to prevent food borne illnesses such as salmonella. This is one of a series of ongoing informational sessions for Academic Success Month, sponsored by the DTC Academic Support Center.
