Congratulations! You have chosen to live and become a community member in the residential halls at Denmark Technical College. You are about to embark on the most exciting and challenging experiences of your lifetime, You have a tremendous opportunity to learn more about yourself, other cultures, and the world around you while living on campus. By living on campus, you have the convenience of living near classrooms and the opportunity to participate in student activities and campus programs. So come and experience the difference as you begin your path to academic excellence!

Just follow the steps below to begin your journey:

Complete a Housing Application with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Submit a completed, signed (physician signature); immunization records) medical form. (Incomplete medical forms will not be considered for housing). Documentation of the following immunizations are required to reside on campus:

1. Administration of tetanus toxoid booster within last 5 years.
2. Administration of trivalent oral polio vaccine (Sabin) series.
3. Administration of rubella (Red Measles) live virus after January 1, 1957.
4. Administration of rubella (German Measles) vaccine with live virus after June 1, 1969, if born after January 1, 1957.
5. Tuberculin skin test (PPD) within the last 12 months. If tuberculin test is positive, a negative x-ray must be documented within 6 months prior to admission.
6. Upon receipt of the Housing Application, $25.00 non-refundable deposit, and a completed medical form, the Office of Residential Life will mail the Student Housing Contract Agreement Form and Parent Consent Form (for students under the age of 18) for student signature.

$50.00 deposit for breakage is required and must be mailed to the Office of Residential Life. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the term if no damage is found in the room.

Denmark Technical College offers you a college experience that’s based on the latest of technology. Our priorities include small class sizes, commitment to the educational growth of our students, and pride in our outstanding faculty who have actual experience in their fields. Our staff also plays an essential role in assisting our students in achieving their educational goals.
Co-curricular activities are a vital part of the college experience and Denmark Technical College offers a diverse range of programs and services to support student success. Our programs complement the learning that takes place in the classroom and enhance the overall educational experience of our students.
The Academic Support Center provides tutoring and mentoring support to all Denmark Technical College students. Through these services, students will be afforded the opportunity to become independent learners and strengthen their academic weaknesses. The center is located in building 029 and is equipped with a tutorial computer lab for on-line tutoring services. DTC students may apply for tutoring at any point in a semester. All students are required to log in for sessions. Services are free to currently enrolled DTC students.
