An academic transcript is a chronological listing of all course work completed at Denmark Technical College. The transcript also includes semester and cumulative grade point information, transfer credit information, and degree information.

Transcripts will NOT be furnished for any student or alumnus whose financial obligations to the college are not satisfied.
No transcripts will be released to/for anyone except the student unless appropriately requested in writing by the student.
No partial transcripts will be provided.
Denmark Tech does not fax or email transcripts.
Denmark Tech does not issue or reproduce transcripts from other institutions.

Time required

Inactive transcripts (1948-1985) which require research and additional preparation will be processed within 8 business days. Inactive transcripts are defined as transcripts not on the current system. Active/current transcripts will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Transcripts requests made during holidays will be processed when the office reopens.
We are not responsible for effects caused by the US Post Office.

Payment Submission

All transcripts are $5.00 per copy and must be paid for upon request.

To submit in person, visit the Enrollment Services Office located in W.L. McDuffie Student Services Center (Building 100). Transcripts requested in person must also followed the transcripts request procedures of 3-5 business days. No transcripts are processed while you wait.

Co-curricular activities are a vital part of the college experience and Denmark Technical College offers a diverse range of programs and services to support student success. Our programs complement the learning that takes place in the classroom and enhance the overall educational experience of our students.
The Academic Support Center provides tutoring and mentoring support to all Denmark Technical College students. Through these services, students will be afforded the opportunity to become independent learners and strengthen their academic weaknesses. The center is located in building 029 and is equipped with a tutorial computer lab for on-line tutoring services. DTC students may apply for tutoring at any point in a semester. All students are required to log in for sessions. Services are free to currently enrolled DTC students.
